Cundall highly commended at ACE Engineering Excellence Awards
Cundall were highly commended in the Building Services (medium sized firm) category at the 2009 Engineering Excellence Awards for their work on New Street Square.
New Street Square in London opened in 2008 and consists of four buildings of different heights and a management suite in a tree lined square with restaurants, cafes and public spaces.
The brief was to provide flexible efficient office solutions and ensure the buildings were future proofed and efficient to run in 2068. Land Securities key objective was to adopt a truly sustainable approach.
Through close working, the budget was completed on time and to budget, as part of a challenging fast track programme.
